4 the Love of Math

Hi! I'm Randi and to the right you can see me with my sweet family. In 2011 I went searching for resources to use to help explain two step equations to a group of Algebra students. I am so glad I went looking because I found Teachers pay Teachers that day! In 2012 I had the thought that maybe I had something other teachers could use. Maybe I should create a teachers pay teachers store.....

In my first education course in college I was asked why I wanted to teach. My answer then is the same as it is now. I LOVE math. Math is cool, math is amazing. I truly want to share that love and excitement for math with everyone and teaching has allowed me to do that. I named my teachers pay teachers store "4 the Love of Math" because that is what the resources I create are for - they are created to help students better understand and hopefully love math the way I do.

Spreading math ideas and resources has become a passion of mine. I love learning new things and I love sharing my unique take on things.
